Why we built it

The fee outlives the dev

Pump.fun pays every coin's creator a share of each trade. The idea is fair: the person who started the thing gets paid while it trades. But the payment does not care what the creator does next.

A dev can sell the whole bag in the first hour and keep collecting from every buyer who comes after, for as long as the coin trades. Holders know it, so every launch starts with that discount priced in.

Without a pact, the dev sells in hour one and still collects from every buyer after.

Tie the fee to the bag

Holvo changes one thing: the fees go to the dev only while the dev's tokens stay locked. The coin's creator is a program account, and it pays the dev only while its vault holds tokens.

The dev can leave whenever they want. Release is one click and hands back every token. What they cannot do is leave and keep the income.

With one, the bag leaves and the income stops in the same transaction.

What holders get

Numbers they can check on chain: how much of the supply is locked, since when, how much the dev has claimed. If the bag comes out, everyone sees it, and the fees from then on go to an address nobody can spend from.

After a release, every lamport of fees is burned.

What it does not do

It does not stop a dev from holding other wallets, and it does not make a coin go up. It makes one thing honest: the money pump.fun pays for being the creator now follows the creator's own skin in the game.

Other wallets are out of its reach.
